Healthy Summer Tips

Drink Enough Water

Water is very essential for our life, especially on summer days. We should keep ourselves hydrated and water is the best way to keep ourselves hydrated and that improves our stamina.


Eat Light and Healthy food

We should eat light and frequent meals in summer, As more food contains carbohydrates and too much heat is produced in the digestion of Starch. We should consume light food like fruits. Example- Watermelon, Orange, etc.


Protect our Eyes

Eye protection is very important in Summer. Sunlight in Summer is very strong and ultraviolet rays can harm our eyes. We should wear sunglasses to block these harmful ultraviolet rays.


Avoid Alcohol and Coffee

Alcohol and Coffee can dehydrate you quickly if you consume them frequently. Try to avoid these beverage drinks in summer to have good health in summer. You can consume lemonade or fruit juice as an alternative.


Stay Indoor
